Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485)

This visa allows international graduates to stay and work in Australia after completing studies. It has two streams:

Graduate Work Stream (18 months, for skill-related courses)
Post-Study Work Stream (2-4 years, for university graduates)
Applicants must have studied in Australia for at least 2 years, meet English language requirements, and apply within 6 months of course completion. This visa provides work rights and is often a pathway to skilled migration visas (Subclass 189/190/491) or employer-sponsored PR options.
